Fair questions
How often do you ship?
Monthly by default, every two weeks or every two months if you prefer. You set the cadence, we stick to it.
Whole bean or ground?
Both. Tell us your brew method — espresso, V60, Aeropress, French press, moka — and we grind accordingly.
Can I pause or cancel?
Anytime, no phone calls, no guilt trips. Skip a month, swap a coffee, or cancel from your account.
Where do you deliver?
Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. Free shipping from €50 to those countries.
